Drew E. Mitchell, Pmp


Public Policy Analyst


Drew E. Mitchell is a Public Policy Analyst with The Invictus Group supporting issues related to economic empowerment, education, diversity and inclusion, public health, and international disaster recovery. 

Drew specializes in blending agile and culturally relevant approaches to developing harm reduction strategies, program execution, and knowledge management for institutions that impact BIPOC, LGBTQIA, and incarcerated individuals. She also creates and delivers webinars to train researchers and community stakeholders on the intersectionality of marginalized communities. 

Drew previously worked with Sojourn Strategies as a Senior Program Associate where she co-managed coalition efforts for state restoration of rights and federal economic security policy campaigns, co-conducted polling research for a winning state ballot measure campaign, and co-developed several geographical landscape analyses of the election protection trends. Additionally, she co-authored a literature review analyzing the state of women's economic security. As an activist and advocate at heart, Drew had the honor of serving as a Congressional Intern to the late Congressman Elijah E. Cummings (MD-7) where she provided support to the House Oversight Committee.

Remi is an experienced leader with  extensive expertise in financial services, capital markets, banking, trade, and international  affairs. 

Previously, Remi was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in New York, where he spent  over 12 years as a research analyst, credit trader, and global risk manager. His focus included  mining and defense sectors within both developed and emerging markets worldwide. His  responsibilities included managing and analyzing investment and regulatory risk of firm  investments as well as strengthening key client and stakeholder relationships.

Develops winning strategies to lead organizations through the complex process of target identification, opportunity quantification and alignment to organizational goals and objectives.
